Sundays x La Grange
Experience Overview
Looking for a countryside Summer adventure allowing you to switch off and leave refreshed and inspired? Come join the La Grange and Sundays team, farm animals and all the deliciousness and adventures we have planned for you in the Feast & Forest - Unwind Summer Edition.
After a great Spring edition where attendees left as friends, we’re ready and excited for the Summer edition taking place 19th-21st August 2022.
Feast & Forest is a unique three-day programme spanning across all the things we love and care about, a collaboration between Sundays and La Grange. Perfect for enthusiasts of all things food, nature, sports and creativity, this weekend is about enjoying the countryside's simple pleasures.
Set on La Grange’s 16th century farm surrounded by 30 hectares of horse roaming fields, expect a combination of cooking workshops, creative writing classes, pool swims, yoga in the fields and forest explorations.
About the location
Brittany is a diverse region in northwestern France and a historic country with a distinct cultural identity, known for its own ‘Breton’ dialect, traditional dances and local cuisine. At its heart is the beautiful forest of Broceliande, which offers incredible walks and has been steeped in Arthurian mythology for many centuries. Most notably, it is host to the tomb of the legendary figure of Merlin, but also links to the Lady of the Lake and the Knights of the Round Table.
For this adventure, we will gather at Saint-Jean, founded in the 1200s by the Templars and passed through many hands and generations since.
Looking for something a little more sportive and physically engaging? Feast & Forest - Invigorate Edition coming in Spring 2023. Register your interest here.

About your hosts
George Bauer - Sundays
George, a Melbourne raised runner, currently lives in the Highlands of Scotland, fulfilling a dream to explore single track, mountainous trails from his doorstep.
His inspiration comes from the vast and varied people within the wider nature-led community and the experiences that running as a form of movement has brought to his life. He is training as a mountain guide alongside leading his business, Sundays.
Sundays is a production house focused on creating community through exploring the exciting ways in which we can exercise the body and mind in a group setting.
Anouk Dijkman - La Grange
Anouk is based in London and frequently escapes to Saint-Jean, away from the city hustle and bustle.
She has a background in design and sustainability, and is on an ongoing quest to combine her academic interests in food systems and the urge to spend time outside in the fields. Having grown up on Saint-Jean, Anouk has been working with family and friends on opening-up the farm to share the wonderful place it is.
In constant denial of her canine allergies, Anouk’s favourite moments at the farm are spent by the fireplace, holding a cold glass of cider with one hand, petting the dogs with the other.
