‘MINDFULNESS IS A WAY OF BEING - Mindfulness is the courage to show up in your fullness, a willingness to step into the unknow, and to learn how to be in a loving, creative and wise relationship with what is, no matter what. It is a never-ending process to maturation.’
- Jon Kabat-Zinn

Living in a world in transition, with many insecurities, people may be looking for ways in which to cope with anxiety, stress and how to reconnect with ourselves and each other in meaningful ways.

Mindfulness offers us the practical tools from ancient wisdom traditions how to enhance a well-being in our lives, that is less dependent on outer circumstances. It helps us to cope better with life’s challenges and enriches our everyday experience. By recognizing how intimately we are connected to all living beings and our planet earth, our life and what we do with it becomes truly significant.

Whatever it is that brings you to take your first steps on the journey of becoming more mindful, present-moment compassionate living is at the heart of this journey of a lifetime.

A mindfulness course at Saint Jean in co-operation with the Compassionate Mind Foundation France is also a great starting point if you look for a community to support your journey. We offer different follow up trainings and the possibility to become a certified mindfulness instructor, which you can apply within your own professional context.

The training is open for everyone who is curious to learn mindfulness, and how to integrate this in your own life and work.

The mindfulness training will consist of a group of maximum 20 participants. You will learn the basic practices in mindfulness and its underlying theory; meditation, mindful movement & mindful dialogue and how to apply in daily life. Saint Jean as location will offer delicious meals and time to relax on your own, with the horses that are bread here, or social time at the wood fire in the evening.
